Service information

The reason for painting mounted PCBs or individual components is their protection against external environmental influences (humidity, high temperature, dust, salts, etc.). Printed circuit boards designed for applications exposed to these influences are painted with Peters SL1331N-LF-D / 17 or SL1301 ECO-FLZ-23 varnishes as standard. The paint is checked under UV light.

• Selectively also the whole PCB
• I dive
• By spraying
• Manually and automatically

Equipment:

• Nordson Asymtek SL-940 machine with closed heated circuit, automatic laser measurement, beam width correction and camera circuit. This machine can paint boards equipped with both SMD and THT technology.
• In-line drying oven
