For the quality of end-products is an important control of the manufacturing process from its beginning to the end. The production process is controlled according to the standard IPC-A-610-E. Ensure the cleanliness of the PCB, which is an important factor influencing the quality is in accordance with IPC-CH-65B. During the manufacturing process and before the actual shipment of boards we test the following methods:

- Type52L Manual Test Fixture for testing the oversized DPS

Burn-in test

Mechanical test – automatic test of buttons, switches, páčkových switch, magnetic relay (reed switch)
Visual test (automatic measurements of the height and position of the components)
Camera test (measurement of ICE and dislejů – measurement of wavelength and light intensity)
Sound Test (buzzer test – measurement of the frequency and intensity of sound)
