THT soldering is an integral part of the production of electronic assemblies, especially where there are high demands on the mechanical strength of the joints, reliability and a long service life of products. In the company of Hokami we use modern technology soldering, which allow efficient production from individual prototypes to large scale production.
Depending on the type of product and customer requirements, we choose the most suitable technology soldering. For the standard serial production, we use wave soldering, while for complex electronic assemblies or combined SMT/THT board is the ideal solution selective soldering. Of course there is also a manual soldering, which we use in the manufacture of prototypes, corrections, additions specific components or for products requiring an individual approach.
Selective soldering allows for precise application of solder only at the desired locations, thus minimizing the thermal stress of the surrounding components and ensures the high quality of the soldered joints even in technically demanding electronic assemblies. Thanks to modern automated technologies, we achieve high repeatability of the manufacturing process, and stable quality across all product series.
All soldering processes take place in the controlled production conditions and are regularly reviewed, with an emphasis on quality, reliability and to meet the individual requirements of each customer.
