Hokami provides Custom electronics manufacturing services Since 1991. We assemble printed circuit boards using both SMT and THT technology. Most projects are processed here based on documentation supplied by the customer. We offer the possibility of cooperation on the development of final products.
Production takes place under controlled conditions according to the standard ISO9001:2008. Product and production operation control is governed by the standard IPC-A-610E and individual customer requirements.
SMD component placement is carried out on state-of-the-art Yamaha Z:Lex and YS24X machines. We currently operate 4 complete SMT lines. We provide a managed and controlled lead-free and leaded soldering process across the entire manufacturing process. We offer placement of large PCBs up to dimensions of 810x480mm.
Thanks to regular investments in technology and company development, we always have state-of-the-art equipment. This enables us to meet almost any customer requirement. If our technological capabilities were not sufficient for your project, we are prepared to take on new challenges and update our equipment to fulfill your wishes.
The current capacity of SMT lines is approximately 100 million components per month, and the capacity for THT component assembly is approximately 6 million units per month.
