Coating of electronic assemblies is an effective protection of printed circuit boards and electronic components from adverse environmental influences. This technology significantly extends the life of electronics, increasing its operational reliability and allows the use of the products, even in challenging operating conditions.
In the company of Hokami we provide professional painting printed circuit boards for applications exposed to high humidity, condensation, dust, chemicals, salt spray, vibration or significant temperature changes. Painting is a normal part of the production of electronics for industrial, energy, medical, rail and other applications with high demands on long-term reliability.
We use proven protective varnish Peters SL1331N-LF-D/17 and Peters SL1301 ECO-FLZ-23, or other materials according to the specific requirements of the customer. The quality of the deposited protective layer is verified by checking under UV illumination, which enables rapid and accurate assessment of the uniformity and completeness of the application of varnish.

Technological equipment
Painting in progress on the modern automated lines company Nordson ASYMTEK, that ensure a precise, repeatable and fully controlled application of protective varnish.
Automatic paint line
- 2× Nordson ASYMTEK SL-940 fitted with a sealed heated circuit, automatic laser measurements of height, correction of the width of the application tracks and camera system for the control of the process.
Technology allows accurate coating of electronic assemblies loaded as SMT, so THT technology.
Drying
- In-line curing oven for the controlled curing of protective varnish.
Quality control
Each lacquered electronic assembly passes quality control of the applied layer under UV light. Thanks to this, we verify proper coverage of the required areas, the uniformity of the layer as well as the possible presence of undesirable defects. A controlled process of application and curing ensures high repeatability of the production and long-term protection of electronic products.
