Energy efficiency and modern technology
Continuously investing in modern production technologies, which contribute to the reduction of energy consumption, the optimization of production processes and more efficient use of materials. Part of our investment is also a regular upgrading of the manufacturing equipment, the use of energy-saving equipment, intelligent management of energy consumption and extensive use of LED lighting in our operations.
A significant portion of the electrical energy consumed in the company covers our own photovoltaic power plant, which today provides more than 60 % of the total consumption. Thanks to the combination of their own energy production and modern technologies in the long term, we are reducing the energy intensity of production, and we support the sustainable development of society.
Responsible production
Our manufacturing processes are designed to meet the highest requirements for quality, safety and environmental protection. Emphasis is placed on the efficient use of materials, minimizing production losses and responsible management of emerging wastes.
Of course there is the use of lead-free manufacturing processes, compliance with the requirements of european directives RoHS and REACH, and the safe management of chemical substances in accordance with the applicable legislation. All waste is thoroughly sorted and transmitted to authorized partners for recycling or disposal.

Sustainability does not end inside the manufacturing plant. We work with trusted suppliers who share our standards of quality, transparency and a responsible approach to business. In production planning and logistics, we strive for efficient use of transmission capacity, the optimization of the supply chain and reducing unnecessary transport operations.
People and corporate culture
A key part of our approach are the staff. We support the environment in which it is responsible behavior a natural part of daily work. Employees regularly train in the field of work safety, environmental protection and proper disposal of materials and waste. At the same time, we support the initiative of the employees, leading to the improvement of production processes, greater efficiency and the reduction of environmental impacts.
